You will need the following to open an account online:

1. Driver's License
2. Initial Payment must be paid by Credit / Debit card
3. License Plate or VIN Number, Plate Issuer, Year, Make & Model for each vehicle

General Information

• Only Personal/Commuter accounts can be opened online at this time.
• Maximum of fifteen (15) PIKEPASSes can be assigned to an account opened online.
• If you already have a PIKEPASS or an Out of State Transponder from either the Kansas Turnpike Authority or the North Texas Toll Authority that you wish to use to open a NEW PIKEPASS account, call PIKEPASS at 1-800-745-3727.
• Please be sure that all popup blockers are disabled before continuing.
