Does your PIKEPASS need to be recycled

Watch your mail for a recycle packet... we’re offering a new method of recycling, and exchanging your PIKEPASS has never been easier!

Before... We would contact you by letter or postcard and wait for you to contact us before we sent you a new PIKEPASS. Remember that?

Now… If our software detects a low battery in your PIKEPASS, we will PRE-MAIL a new one directly to your address! How easy is that?!

Your Recycle packet will contain:

• One or more new PIKEPASS tags. The number we send depends upon the number of passes assigned to your account that are eligible for recycling.
• Static bag/alcohol pad.
• One-page recycling instructions / mounting instructions / SAMPLE receipt (partial view).
• One Padded mailer.
• Your receipt will be in the plastic envelope on the outer portion of the 10” x 13” envelope. We even highlight the PIKEPASS tags you’ll need to return!

We only ask that after you receive a packet, you follow the simple instructions enclosed, and return the identified PIKEPASS tags within 30 days. And, as always, contact us if you have any related questions.
