PIKEPASS Lights – What Do They Mean?

  1. Your account is in good standing
  2. Your account balance is below the rebill amount. Payment is required.
  3. Your account balance is equal to, or less than zero. Payment is required.
  4. Violation light is illuminated. Call PIKEPASS Customer service.

If none of the above combinations are observed, please call the PIKEPASS Customer Service Center to report the location and time.
