Section 4 - J: Other Fees
Service fees and other charges may be deducted from your Account for additional services that are required to maintain your Account.
These fees are established by the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority (OTA) and will be charged based on the current fee schedule detailed below

Equipment Fee
- $30.00 per PIKEPASS tag will be deducted from your Account for each PIKEPASS tag issued if your Account is Suspended
- $30.00 per PIKEPASS tag will be deducted from your Account for each PIKEPASS tag reported Lost or Stolen
- $30.00 per PIKEPASS tag will be deducted from your Account for each PIKEPASS tag Damaged
- $30.00 per PIKEPASS tag will be deducted from your Account for each PIKEPASS tag Not Returned as Requested by the OTA.
- Each PIKEPASS tag is and shall remain the property of the OTA and must be returned to the OTA as requested or when your Account is closed.
Bank Draft (EFT) Refusal Fee
- $20.00 will be deducted from your Account if an authorized draft is not paid on demand by your bank
Bad Check Fee
- $20.00 will be deducted from your Account for any check returned to the OTA for Non-Sufficient Funds
- $20.00 will be deducted from your Account for any check returned to the OTA for Stop Payment
Duplicate Statement Fee
- $5.00 per Statement will be deducted from your Account for a Duplicate Statement requested 30-days past the Statement Date

Late Payment Fee
- $10.00 or 2% of your outstanding Account balance (whichever is greater) will be deducted from your Account if your Account has a negative (less than zero) balance greater than 30 consecutive days
- In addition to this fee, your Account will be suspended which prevents all PIKEPASS tags issued to your Account from working
- Suspension of your Account is grounds for termination of your PIKEPASS License and Use Agreement
